#NeighborhoodWorkoutGroup

Wednesdays at 5 p.m.; ongoing
Philadelphia, Pa.
If you’re in or near Philadelphia and would like to train with us, we run a (free) #LiftWeightsFaster workout group most Wednesdays at 5 p.m. It’s a casual affair, out on the sidewalk or in a park in South Philadelphia. Workouts are open to whoever wants to come by, and scalable every direction, so we have regulars and people just passing through town, individuals well-versed in weights, and those brand new to lifting. Drop a line to jen@jensinkler.com if you’re interested.
